1. Who are we?

2. What data do we collect?
Only what you fill in yourself on our contact form: company name, trade, municipality, name, email address, phone number (optional), your current website and a description of your services. In addition, standard technical data (IP address, browser type) through our hosting.
3. What do we use it for?
To answer your enquiry, to send you a price (and, on request, a free demo) and — if you become a client — to carry out our work together. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Cookies & advertising
This site uses functional cookies (e.g. to save what you have entered in a form) and — with your consent — the Meta pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our adverts work. We keep anonymous visitor statistics (without cookies) through our hosting, Vercel. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser without the site ceasing to work.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. We keep client data for as long as the law requires (accounting: 7 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and you can object to its processing. A single email is enough. Not satisfied with our reply? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
